A: IEC 60076 type test reports, CE and CB certificates, plus optional third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TÜV). For Indonesia, we support the SNI certification process.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: From 1 unit for standard models. Custom designs (special voltage, winding, protection) may require larger quantities.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: 45–75 days for standard distribution transformers, 90–150 days for power transformers (110 kV+), depending on capacity and customization.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Standard: 30% deposit to start production, 70% against shipping documents (FOB/CIF). Letter of Credit is available for larger orders.

Q: Which countries do you export to?

A: Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian markets, with capability to ship worldwide.

Q: Can you customize transformers for our project?

A: Yes — voltage, cooling type, loss levels, impedance, vector group, anti-corrosion and high-altitude protection are all customizable.

Q: Do you support Vietnam’s TCVN requirements?

A: Yes. IEC 60076 with type test reports is the accepted technical basis for the Vietnamese market; we can arrange documentation to match project requirements.

Q: Can we arrange factory inspection?

A: Absolutely. You can visit the factory or we can arrange third-party inspection (SGS/BV/TÜV) and FAT with your engineers present.

Q: What after-sales support do you provide?

A: 24-month warranty, technical documentation (drawings, test reports, installation guides), remote support, spare parts, and on-site commissioning for major projects.
